Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
  • Reservation Policies:
Your reservation will be confirmed after receiving a 50% deposit of the total agreed price. The remaining balance must be paid two days before the start of the expedition. Reservations made online, using our Digital Payment Channels, are subject to additional fees from the issuing and receiving banks, depending on the chosen payment method.
  • Payment Methods:
  • Bank Transfer: BCP Bank, Banco de la Nación, BBVA, Interbank.
  • Payment via Digital Devices and/or Payment Apps:
You can safely make payments or transfers to our travel agency with minimal commission costs. Credit card payments incur a 5% fee on the total amount. Rates: All rates are expressed in soles and US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice, except for those already paid, for which the initial agreed price is maintained. Rates are per person.
  • Cancellations:
No-shows by the client(s) will result in the full loss of the contracted service with no right to a refund. Likewise, cancellation or withdrawal from the contracted services will not be refunded as rates are per group or per person. Some services may be interrupted or canceled due to weather, air, or land conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued for interruptions or cancellations beyond our control; however, the company will reschedule the tour for a later date.
  • Refunds:
Refunds for contracted services will be applied according to the cancellation policy terms. Once the tour has started, services included in the plan that are not used are non-refundable. HIRKA EXPEDICIONES is not responsible if the client fails to follow the Guide’s instructions, leaves the group, or decides to explore independently. HIRKA EXPEDICIONES reserves the right to make reasonable changes or substitutions in the itineraries when deemed necessary or mandatory. HIRKA EXPEDICIONES
